These are all done to a very high standard. We aim to fulfil all legal requirements in BS7671 and guidance notes including the ones most applicable to housing GN3 and GN4.
We aim to give practical advice on how to complete your project quickly and and in the correct order to complete larger projects within time frames.
If there is any chasing work to be done we use Class M dust extraction to reduce mess and comply with CDM (Construction and Design Management) and Health and Safety Legislation. We always strive to comply with Health and Safety as per our Method Statement.
We also offer a computer network, alarm, co-axial and telephone installation as part of our service. We are time served in all these areas and please ask if you would like any of these additional services.
We aim to install energy efficient lighting whenever possible to save you money long term on energy costs and to keep your carbon footprint as low as possible. We also have a philosophy of keeping waste to a minimum and trying to recycle all our waste as ethically as possible.
We also offer remedial works to comply with part P of the building regulations to stop fire risk after works have been completed. In practice this means plastering works and use of intumescent materials to stop fire spread.
